How much are the annual dues?

$1,200 per buildable lot. 

​

Are there any noise restrictions?

Power equipment may be used Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm. 

Sundays and federal holidays are quiet days at all hours.

Can we erect a fence?

No.  Underground dog fences are allowed.

​

How is the Village government structured and what is the oversite?

The Village mayor is Mark Samolczyk.  Mayor Samolczyk was elected for a 4-year term which concludes 2023.  Mayor Samolczyk is supported by our Village Council which includes council members Robert Fay, Aletha Carver, Patrick Dunn, Eric Reckenbeil, and Christina Biasella. Village Council members are elected on a rotating basis and serve 4-year terms.

Does the Village charge an income tax?

No.
